Chris Hahn is a 1987 graduate of Heath High School. He lives in Heath, Ohio with his wife Leslie, Son and Goldendoodle!. As a family they share the passion of creating a beautiful home for themselves and others.

knowledge and Experience
Chris Hahn began his career in the construction field as a teenager learning the masonry trade from his father, Robert Hahn.
Throughout his twenties as a professional mason he worked on countless jobsites and learned how a house was constructed. He observed the entire process and obtained a wealth of knowledge during those years.
Finally in his thirties he established Hahn Builders and started building and selling "spec homes" that looked like "custom homes." People seemed to like the simple floor plans yet tasteful finishes and that distinguished him from the rest.
And now with over 28 years of experience Hahn Builders has built many styles and price ranges of homes and we decided a name change was in order...HOUSE BY HAHN better reflects the upscale style of homes we have evolved into building.
So whether you are looking for a small cottage, medium priced or high-end home Chris will work with you to achieve your "dream house"
For the homeowner building is a confusing and stressful process, and Chris understands that. Communication and education is essential. Chris makes himself available for questions and concerns on a daily basis because he truly wants you to with happy with the final result...
